Single Cell Genomic Services
The Ramaciotti Centre for Genomics provides single cell genomic services using the 10X Genomics Chromium System and the Fluidigm C1™ Single Cell Auto Prep System. Our services include capture and downstream sequencing or qPCR as required.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to viability issues with cells during transit, these services are only provided to customers located on the UNSW campus.
