The Ramaciotti Centre for Genomics provides targeted gene expression analysis on the NanoString nCounter and the Fluidigm BioMark HD™ systems.  These services are suited for validation studies or for investigations that do not require a whole transcriptome approach such as RNA seq or microarray. 

NanoString Gene Expression Services

NanoString has a broad portfolio of ready-to-use gene expression panels. Each panel contains up to 770 genes—selected for published significance in key biological pathways which are customisable with the option to spike in your own content. The nCounter system provides a workflow optimized for performance on challenging samples such as FFPE and lysate. Please contact us for a quote or for further information on these services.

Fluidigm Gene Expression Services

Fluidigm Chip Pipetting Map

Fluidigm Chip Pipetting Map of a 48.48 Integrated Fluidics Circuit (IFC): 48 samples run against 48 assays, 2,304 reactions are processed independently and in parallel in nano reaction chambers (not multiplexed).
