The Ramaciotti Centre offers a number of spotted arrays for purchase and offers a custom microarray printing service. We do not offer a hybridization service for spotted arrays.
Exiqon microRNA set
The miRCURY™ LNA microRNA Array contains 1488 capture probes representing all miRNA in all organisms as annotated in miRBase Release 8.1. The capture probes cover 92.3% of miRNAs annotated in miRBase 9.0. In addition, 146 capture probes are available for detection of miRNAs not included in miRBase. These miRPlus™ capture probes give researchers access to information unavailable elsewhere. MWG-Biotech Pan Yeast Oligo set
The MWG-Biotech Pan Yeast oligo represents the yeast genome in a set of approximately 6.5 thousand long oligonucleotides. These are unmodified 40-mers which are printed in duplicate on our arrays. For more information about this set please click here.
