We offer a full processing service on all Affymetrix array types. The Centre only uses Affymetrix kits ensuring robust, reproducible results. As a bulk purchaser of arrays choosing the Ramaciotti Centre as a service provider ensures the best possible array price. The Centre has a state-of–the-art Affymetrix system. In addition to having a GCS3000 7G four colour scanner with autoloader, we have the only GeneChip® Array Station (GCAS) in South-East Asia/Pacific. The GCAS system automates target preparation and processing of GeneChip® arrays, delivering accurate and reproducible results. The GCAS system allows us to offer a very fast turnaround time on large scale projects.
